LOT  4

The demolition of Lot 4 is complete.  In the place of the old parking structure there will be surface parking.   The new  lot will have 83 stalls and the cost to park  will be $30 per month.

At present, Lot 4 is not open.  The contractor has  to finish the sidewalk around the parking area and the landscaping.  This work won’t start until spring.

According to Tina Spencer,  Parking Manager, motorists displaced when the garage was closed will be offered assignments in the new lot.  Assignments will be based on parking rank and hire date.
