In many cases, burnout is related to one\u2019s job. Burnout happens when you\u2019re overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to keep up with life\u2019s incessant demands.<\/p><cite>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmd.com\/mental-health\/burnout-symptoms-signs#:~:text=Burnout%20is%20a%20form%20of,up%20with%20life's%20incessant%20demands.\">WebMD<\/a><\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Many of us have experienced burnout. Now, in our third year of the pandemic, it is no surprise that healthcare professionals are experiencing this exhaustion exacerbated by lack of resources, long hours and fear of the unknown. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we encourage you to check in with yourself.
