If you have a goal for 2020 that involves your wellness, think of it more as a smart goal and make sure that it is <strong>specific<\/strong>, <strong>measurable<\/strong>, <strong>achievable<\/strong>, <strong>relevant<\/strong>, and <strong>time sensitive<\/strong>. Here is an example:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Old way of thinking:<\/em> I want to lose weight this year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Smart goal way of thinking:<\/strong> I want to lose 10 pounds in 3 months.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>If you want to change a habit, it is easier if you change an old habit to a new habit.
