Here&#8217;s more about Dr. Walker in his own words:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to joining UNMC, I spent more than two decades at Northwest Missouri State University, where I served in a variety of faculty and administrative leadership roles, including department chair and school director. During my tenure, I led initiatives in curriculum development, academic assessment, online education, and faculty evaluation, while also contributing to university governance and accreditation efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My academic and administrative work has focused on strategic communication, assessment practices, student success initiatives, and the use of data and educational technology to support continuous program improvement.
