Here&#8217;s more about Dr. Harmon in his own words:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am a fourth-generation Kansan but am excited to be a Nebraskan!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from Washburn University, and a post-graduate degree from the University of Missouri\u2014Kansas City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A mid-life career change brought me to the University of Nebraska Medical Center as a member of the Medical Laboratory Science program Class of 2017. After serving in the clinical laboratories at hospitals in Olathe, Kansas, and Manhattan, Kansas, I am thrilled to return to UNMC as the MLS Program Education Coordinator in the Medical Laboratory Science program within the College of Allied Health Professions!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Richard Harmon, JD, LLM, MLS(ASCP)CM, is an alum and new staff member in the Medical Laboratory Science program.
