Here is more about Satera in her own words:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I graduated from UNL with degrees in Nutrition Science and Ethnic Studies. While at UNL, I had the opportunity to be a teaching assistant in the Human Anatomy Lab for 2.5 years. I learned a lot about the human body and about adapting my teaching style to students who learn differently. It was a fun and challenging experience. I then went on to get my master&#8217;s degree in Medical Anatomy at UNMC.
