The award is presented to alums who have distinguished themselves through contributions to the public good.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I am honored and humbled, knowing the outstanding reputation of the School of Public Administration and the accomplishments of so many of the alums,&#8221; said Dr. Meyer.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Meyer earned his M.P.A. and Ph.D. degrees from UNO.
