Students in subsequent classes have continued that journey with the Collier family.<\/p>\n<p>Cassidy&#8217;s father, UNMC\u2019s Dean Collier, Pharm.D., recently shared his family\u2019s story with our current physical therapy students, many of whom have helped Cassi to literally get back on her feet.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe\u2019s gained a lot from the physical therapy students,\u201d Collier said. \u201cShe took her first step.
