To many, sorting through the boxes, file cabinets and piles of debris that filled the 7<sup>th<\/sup> floor storage area seemed overwhelming. But Cindy, Tammy, Sue, and Sarah seemed to relish the challenge\u2026and proved themselves up to the task.\u00a0Thank you all for your great work.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Everyone appreciates recognition for a job well done. As such, SAHP Director of Finance and Administration, Pat O\u2019Neil, MPA, came up with a new way to acknowledge staff within the school.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI get emails from faculty all the time, telling me what a great job staff members are doing,\u201d said Pat. \u201cI\u2019d like to publicly share some of the kudos so everyone else knows, too.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Thus, <em>Pat\u2019s Public Pat on the Back<\/em> (or Pat\u2019s Pat, if you like) will be a new series on the TVs in Bennett Hall and on the blog, starting off with the above. (BTW \u2013 I, Fran, made up the title, so if you don\u2019t like it, blame me.) \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 And I would also like to personally thank Cindy, Tammy, Sue, and Sarah, because I know what a mess that room was and am grateful I didn\u2019t have to clean it!<\/p>\n<p>Pat encourages all faculty and staff to regularly recognize and thank one another \u2013 with emails, thank-U grams, and nominations for Silver and Gold U-s.
