A Case Report and Literature Review. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt\"><span><span style=\"font-family: Georgia\">Craig lives in Durham, North Carolina and works at Duke University Medical Center.
