The School of Allied Health Professions (SAHP)\u00a0adopted a family from the NICU &#8212; a mom, dad, and son &#8212; and collected approximately $400 with which to shop for items on the family&#8217;s wishlist.<\/p>\n<p>Nicki Simmons, events coordinator for the SAHP, did the shopping. &#8220;I LOVE to shop,&#8221; she said, &#8220;and this was a great reason.
