On February 15, 2014 ProQuest RefWorks will make improvements to its internal systems to accommodate a growing number of users and reduce the need for future downtime.
An eight hour (8) maintenance window is needed to perform these enhancements, lasting from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. on February 16.
During this time period RefWorks users can expect sporadic availability, including periods of complete downtime. We anticipate that access issues and possible functionality problems will last anywhere from 3 to 15 minutes. If you experience issues with RefWorks during this maintenance window we recommend that you close your browser session, and return to RefWorks at a later time.
The library is receiving reports that some of our resources are not functioning properly. It is believed that certain versions of Internet Explorer are the root of the problem. If you are unable to access library resources while using Internet Explorer, use alternate browsers such as Firefox or Chrome. It is also recommended that you access resources directly through the library’s website at http://www.unmc.edu/library instead of linking through Blackboard.
The McGoogan Docs Order Articles system will be unavailable on Friday, August 9 from 8 a.m. until approximately 10 a.m. for a system update.
