Interlibrary loan login issues

Logging in to the interlibrary loan interface to make article/book requests and retrieve PDFs may be affected by an issue reported by IT. At this time, logins may be spotty. For assistance in retrieving a PDF, please contact the Interlibrary Loan department at illdept@unmc.edu or 402-559-7085. We apologize for this interruption in service.

Authentication issues for library resources

Due to a change in IT’s authentication, we discovered access to some electronic resources, ILL, and Digital Commons are affected. A key resource affected by this change is UpToDate. The interlibrary loan website may be unavailable on Friday, March 6 from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. for a routine update. During this time, you may not be able to request articles or books or access the PDFs in your account. If you have an urgent patient care request, please call us at 402-559-7085.

RefWorks data center will be moved to a new server on Saturday, Dec 21, 2019. Downtime will begin at midnight on Friday, December 20. RefWorks should be up and running again by 10 AM on Saturday December 21.

Online journal and ebook portal downtime

The online journal/ebook portal will be unavailable from 7:00 pm Friday, February 8 until 7:00 pm Saturday, February 9 while the vendor performances maintenance. During this time, you may access our ejournals and ebooks through the library catalog.
