Update 3/23: RefWorks appears to be functioning properly.
Intermittent and random access and functionality issues are being reported by RefWorks users. The problem should be fixed by 2pm. If you experience problems after 2pm, please report the specifics to askus@unmc.edu or 559-6221.
A temporary solution may be to clear your Internet browser’s cache. Otherwise, if you are experiencing problems and need to save your search results, you can create save your results or search strategy into a personal account within the database:
- MyEBSCOhost – create and sign-in to your account, then add your results into a folder
- MyNCBI in PubMed – create and sign-in to your account, then send your results to a collection.
