On Monday, April 7, 2014, the College of Public Health Student Association kicked of National Public Health Week 2014 with a Cooking Matters healthy cooking demonstration. Folks from Cooking Matters Omaha were on hand to teach some cooking tips and tricks and demonstrate how to make black bean quesadillas and rainbow fruit salad.
