Brief Description: The Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention Program Manager serves under the administrative direction of the DHHS Program Manager for the Nebraska Chronic Disease Prevention Program within the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate all activities of the Heart Disease and Stroke Prevention (HDSP) portion of the associated 1305 grant including but not limited to, budget development and justification, guidance of grant objectives, performance measures and priorities, resolution of any obstacles, and developing both internal and external partnerships to strengthen HDSP infrastructure. Management of HDSP staff including all related activities.
