Deadline: May 16
The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health applies for and receives a Title V MCH/CSHCN block grant each year. In addition to the submission of a yearly application and annual report, State Title V programs are also required to conduct a Statewide, comprehensive needs assessment every five years. The 2015 MCH/CSHCN Needs Assessment is an important tool in documenting the needs of the maternal and child health populations in Nebraska, and the Division is looking for an intern to assist with this process.
TIME COMMITMENT AND COMPENSATION: This is a part-time, paid internship (temporary employment through State SOS, or individual service contract) requiring between 10-15 hours per week, lasting between six months and one year in duration. Some work can be done at home. Students should be available to commence work in June, 2014.
