Biostatistician (Assistant Professor)

The School of Health Sciences and the Sanford School of Medicine of The University of South Dakota invite applications for a twelve-month, Assistant Professor of Biostatistics to teach and conduct research in Public Health. The individual in the position will also serve as Biostatistician for the Sanford School of Medicine research projects which includes assisting in the development and analysis of data for scholarly projects. 

Applicants for this position must have a Master’s or PhD degree in Public Health or a Public Health-related field. Applicants must have experience in designing and publishing health outcomes research.

Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience at the college level, experience in program development and evidence of scholarly activity. Salary will be commensurate with training and experience.
