Partnership 4 Kids is seeking a Post-Secondary Program Coordinator.
Coordinates, leads, assists with the implementation of Post-Secondary meetings and activities between mentors and students. Oversees logistics for meetings including tracking participant attendance, transportation, and preparing meeting materials. The individual will serve as the agency liaison to school guidance counselors, educational institutions, and other community agencies to ensure accuracy and relevancy of program content, implement new strategies and provide advocacy for program participants. Case management will be provided for program participants on an individual basis.
Provides leadership for the post-secondary scholarship program participants under the direction of the Partnership President. Oversees data tracking for scholarship participants including grades, financial aid assessment, and years of funding. Adheres to guidelines set forth by the scholarship endowment and produces reports to support compliance with these guidelines. Maintains records of scholarship activities and sends appropriate correspondence to recipients outlining scholarship guidelines and updates.
Provides data management and tracking for high school and college participants by maintaining databases for students, mentors and school administration by inputting grades, attendance records, behavioral reports, and other matter relevant to students. Uses information and reports to assess student performance and develop plan for each individual 12th grade student’s college application process or career goals after high school.
