Note: Two positions are open, one in Tama, IA and one in Kyle, SD. Under supervision from the NPHPP Director (GPTCHB, Rapid City, SD), the Program Coordinator will be responsible for helping the NPHPP Director develop health curricula, educational materials, conduct community outreach and establishing relationships with community partners. This position will also require creation of fliers, scheduling of interviews, focus groups recruitment, dictation and transcription of those events. The Program Coordinator will work closely with tribal health departments, grassroots community coalitions, Indian Health Service, Sanford Research, and other networks of professionals to develop tribal capacity toward planning, implementing, evaluating, and sustaining sexually transmitted infections and teenage pregnancy prevention initiative.
