On Monday, March 30, 2015, the contractor for the new Pharmacy building will be pouring concrete from 7:00 am until 2:00 pm. Their pump truck will be located at the corner of Emile Street and 41st Street, (see attached map). The dock for Michael Sorrell will remain open and will be accessible from Emile Street, but not from 41st Street. Parking Lot 4 will be accessible from Leavenworth and 41st Street, but not from Emile Street.
The contractor will have a flagman at the corner of Emile Street and 41st to direct traffic. Please use caution and observe any temporary barricades and safety fences around the construction area.

On Saturday, March 21, 2015, there will be a steam shutdown to DOC, MSB, DRC 1&2, the Dietary Penthouse, Sterilization Services and Outpatient Surgery starting at 10:00 a.m. and will remain off for approximately 8 hours.
This interruption will affect all domestic hot water to all kitchens, labs and bathrooms. It will also affect auto claves, glass washers, cage washers as well as all steam sterilizers in these buildings. There might be minor temperature control fluctuations during this steam shutdown
The purpose of this shutdown is to repair a leak in the utility tunnel.
Commence Time: Saturday, March 21, 2015, at 10:00 a.m.
Completion Time: Saturday, March 21, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. (Approximately)

ELECTRICAL POWER INTERRUPTION
(MMI, HBM, HBM Additions 1 and 2)
On Sunday March 22, 2015, all “Normal Power” to MMI, HBM, and HBM Additions will be turned off to accommodate the repair of a high voltage, pad-mounted switch that serves the MMI complex. All equipment, air handlers, exhaust fans, lighting and receptacles that are not connected to emergency power, (red outlets) will be without power for the duration of this repair. All non-essential equipment should be turned off, i.e.; computers. All equipment, air handlers, exhaust fans, lighting, and receptacles connected to emergency will see two brief interruptions at the start and end of the scheduled times for each ATS, (automatic transfer switch), to switch to emergency, then back to normal.
Commence Time: Sunday March 22, 2015, 1:00 pm (1300 hrs.)
Completion/End Time: Sunday March 22, 2015, 2:00 pm (1400 hrs.)
