Partial Lane Closures @ the Intersection of 40th & Leavenworth Streets

Beginning Monday, October 28 @ 9 am and lasting for approximately 6 weeks the City of Omaha will have lanes closed down at the intersection of 40th & Leavenworth Streets.  During this time please proceed with caution and follow the directional arrows and barricades.

These partial lane closures are necessary in order to install traffic lights and complete other intersection improvements in order to enhance traffic flow and safety through this intersection in preparation for the construction of the Lozier Center for Pharmacy Sciences & Education Building, as well as other future development in this area of the campus.

If you should have any questions or concerns, please contact Paul Straub at 402-559-4502. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we make these improvements.

COLLEGE OF PHARMACY BUILDING (COP)

STEAM INTERRUPTION (All Levels)

On Monday, October 28, 2013, there will be a steam interruption (shut off) to the College of Pharmacy building on all levels.  This interruption will affect all domestic hot water to all kitchens, labs and bathrooms as well as all sterilizers in the building.   Also, this interruption might impact some temperature controls in the COP building, but it should be very minimal.  This interruption is necessary, so that Facilities Management and Planning can replace the steam pressure reducing valve (PRV).

Interruption Schedule:

 Commence Time:             Monday, October 28, 2013 @ 7:00 a.m.

 Completion Time:            Monday, October 28, 2013 @ 3:00 p.m. (Approximately)

If you have any questions, please contact me (Mike Overton) at ext. 9-4033 or Marvin Olson at 402-510-7245.  Since it is vital that everyone working in COP be advised of the steam interruption, I ask that you mention this interruption to your colleagues.
