Maheswari “Manju” S. Mukherjee, PhD, MS, CT(ASCP) joined the Cytotechnology (CT) program in the School of Allied Health Professions as Educational coordinator and Assistant professor. She received her PhD in Medical Sciences in 2012 from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She has worked, as an Assistant Professor teaching Human Anatomy for paramedical students in India. Dr. Mukherjee’s research interests include virtual microscopy and cytopathology. She is married to Dr. Mukul Mukherjee, PhD, Assistant Director of the Nebraska Biomechanics Core Facility at UNO, and they have one daughter, Mrittika (5yrs).
